Switching to ifheroes.net!
Hello everyone,
today, we announce a new chapter for our name and branding. Ifheroes will no longer be known as InfinityHeroes on our website, server, or official social media platforms. Over the next few weeks, the name InfinityHeroes and the domain infinityheroes.de will be completely phased out from our presence.
- Immediate Changes: The domain ifheroes.net and ifheroes.de will take effect immediately on our website and Minecraft server. This change also applies to our API services and other web applications. We will change them in the following 2 weeks to api.ifheroes.net and docs.ifheroes.net.
In August, we will remind all players who joining via infinityheroes.de to change their server address to ifheroes.net or ifheroes.de if they join our Minecraft server.
You will still be able to use the infinityheroes.de domain to access our website or Minecraft server until October 2025. After that, we will shut down this domain.
Our new official domain, will be ifheroes.net. The short domain ifheroes.de or play.ifheroes.de will continue to work as expected even we shut down the infinityheroes.de domain in October.
- Server and Permissions: The server will remain the same, and all the permissions added to the players will continue to exist. The website's official address will be ifheroes.net.
Why this "big" change?
Simply put, we have recognized some issues with the old name "InfinityHeroes." The name is trademarked by another company, and to avoid any potential legal action, we have decided to make this change. Rest assured, we will continue to be the same community, with just a small change in our name.
mc.infinityheroes.de will always hold a special place in our hearts, and we will strive to continue our journey with ifheroes.
